Job Title: Account Manager

Compensation: Base + Competitive Commission, Vehicle and Cell Phone Allowance

Reports to: CEO

Summary: Allegiance Security integration (ASI) is looking for a proactive person with a positive attitude to join our team! We are a small, women-owned company that specializes in security solutions for businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and the Federal government. We are looking for someone that is not afraid to approach contractors on job sites to introduce themselves as a representative of ASI.

Other responsibilities include:

Identifying new business and opportunities by studying current/past accounts; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel

Initiating sales process by working current leads, finding new prospects, building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.

Conducting opportunity and sales reporting via simple daily scorecard and company-issued CRM.

Creating initial scope of work for clients based on meetings or performing project take-offs from design drawings or written RFP/RFQ; working with product engineer to prepare proposed solutions.

Making initial sales presentations; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.

Closing sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

Contributing information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.

Seeking job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Maintaining communication with prospects and clients throughout the lifetime of the engagement for continuity.

Networking within local channels to build relationships with other professionals within our communities foster lead sharing.

Desired Qualifications:

2-5 years of sales experience desired

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Project Management software and Client Relationship Management software
